The Rift is a Uk based company completely dedicated to total customer satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments on how we can improve our service for you please email us using the contact us link at the top of the page.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into your online shopping cart. After you have finished making your selection click on the 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to process your order.

There is a minimum order limit of £10.00 (GBP) including shipping.

We accept credit / debit card payment, at this time we do not accept American Express.

If you are shopping from North America or from anywhere else outside of the UK, your credit / debit card company will convert the transaction into US dollars or your own currency when the debit is performed. Any $ prices that may be shown in brackets are approximate and may differ slightly when payment is taken.

This is a secure site and all transactions are encrypted to ensure your details are safe and to let you buy with confidence.

Shipping and handling

Shipping and Handling charges are added automatically and will be displayed until finalise the checkout and payment is made.

UK rates are as follows:

1st Class recorded delivery:
Upto £50.00 - £2.95
£50.00 and over - FREE!

Special Delivery:
Upto £50.00 - £7.00
£50.00 to £200.00 - £10.00
Over £200 - £20.00

For international orders these prices will vary, also please note that any import duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All shipping options require a signature at the point of delivery. we reserve the right to use the most apropritate shipping option for the product and destination. Any shipping upgrades will be free of charge.

If your item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will email you to advise that we will be redelivering the item unless you prefer to cancel the order. Please note that you may be charged a redelivery fee which will be indicated in the email.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your item right away , we normally send your order in 1 to 3 business days. If an item is out of stock delivery can take upto fourteen days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock we will attempt to back order it for you. If we cannot fulfill your order within fourteen days we will email you with an option to cancel the order and any alternative product sugestions.

Tax Charges

for orders made from the UK 17.5% is added where apropriate

The Rift does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies used on this shopping site are used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book option is usedand to store your details if you select the 'remember me' option.

Returns Policy

We offer a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. If you send the goods back to us within 7 days, in the same condition as we sent them to you then we will issue you a refund of the item cost (this policy does not apply to autograph memorabilia due to the nature of the product). This does not affect your statutory rights.

We regret that we are unable to refund any items that are lost or damaged in transit. We therefore recommend you ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any loss or damage which may be sustained.

In the unlikely event that the goods you recieve from us are faulty or damaged please notify us immediatly and we will arrange for the faulty item to be returned and a replacement provided. In this instance we will pay all shipping costs.
